Luxury Holiday Villa for 4 Persons in Kalkan Uzumlu Village

Our villa, located in the village of Üzümlü in Kalkan, has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Both bedrooms are designed as en-suite. Situated in nature, our villa offers views of Patara Beach and the surrounding landscape. The villa is luxuriously furnished with your comfort in mind.

The specially designed private pool features a heated pool that extends into the building. This section can be completely enclosed with its remote control, allowing you to disconnect from the outside on cold or windy days and use it as an additional indoor pool area.

Our villa is also available during the winter season. However, please notify us of your heating requirements at least two days in advance. The villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Our villa, with its secluded pool and pool terrace, is ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples.

NOTE: An additional heating fee of 2000TL must be paid for pool heating.

NOTE: The remaining payments are collected in cash upon check-in.

Important Information: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day by staff. The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week.

Important Information: After each rental, disinfection and pest control procedures are performed in our villa. However, due to its location in nature, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings.
